Janice Lehman, president/CEO of SEG Federal Credit Union (SEG FCU) has been named the 2019 Montana Credit Union Professional of the Year, recognizing her more than 38 years of Credit Union advocacy in Montana. Lehman has been the face of SEG FCU for over 38 years. In that time, she has truly devoted herself to the growth and development of the credit Union. Her dedication is showcased by SEG FCU’s growth from roughly $300,000 in assets to more than $17 million.

Lehman is not only a leader in the industry; she is consistent in her efforts to promote the credit union philosophy. She has served on the Montana Credit Union Advocacy Council, Montana's political action committee, for many years. She also serves on the LURA (Laurel Urban Renewal Agency) TIF Board of Directors, Laurel Community Hope Board of Directors and is active in the Midland Chapter of Credit Unions.
