We are thrilled to announce that we will be reopening our lobby to members on Monday, May 18, 2020. As we maneuver our way “back to normal”, we will be putting protective measures in place to better ensure a safe and healthy space. Should you feel ill, we ask that you remain home and contact us remotely until you feel well again. We look forward to seeing you all soon.

  • Sneeze guards are in place – Sneeze guards have been installed at each teller station for the protection of our employees and members.
  • Employees who are member facing are wearing masks.
  • Members are encouraged to wear a mask upon entering the lobby. If you do not have a mask, we will provide one for you.
  • Only three members will be allowed in the lobby at one time.
  • Daily employee wellness checks – Employees are required to take their temperature before each shift and report to management if they are having any symptoms.
  • Daily employee health questionnaire – Employees are required to complete a Screening Questionnaire each morning prior to entering the building.
  • Tape has been placed in the lobby indicating traffic paths and 6 feet required separation.
  • Crowd control barriers/fences have been installed in the teller area.
  • There will be no public seating in the lobby area.
  • Restrooms are closed to public use.
  • The children’s play area is closed.
  • Danielle, Jolee and Janice’s offices are closed to members.
  • Member used surfaces will be cleaned after each use.
  • Hand sanitizer is readily available for employees and members.
  • We will be closing in person loans through the drive-up or at a specified teller station.
  • If necessary, staff is ready to help you with your financial needs from your car.
We miss seeing all of our members’ faces but we are heavily encouraging proper social distancing practices for the time being. For everyone’s safety, we ask that you continue to use alternative channels (online access, ATM, night deposit, remote deposit, direct deposit, email, E-sign, drive up and card payment).
